Service Guidelines

By engaging Espionage India for any investigation service, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions. These guidelines ensure mutual understanding and successful case resolution while maintaining legal compliance and professional standards.

Surveillance Duration & Pricing Structure

• Minimum surveillance period is 7-10 continuous days for effective results
• For highly active subjects, we suggest initial 7-day observation followed by 3-day verification phase
• Extended assignments receive discounted daily rates compared to shorter operations
• Standard surveillance hours: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM (additional charges apply for overtime)
• Premium rates apply for weekend and holiday surveillance operations
• Out-of-town assignments incur supplementary travel and accommodation expenses

Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Advance Payment: 75% of total service fee must be paid before case initiation
2. Milestone Payment: Remaining 25% is due when 50% of investigation is completed
3. Full Prepayment: Complete payment required upfront for daily or real-time reporting requests
4. Final Settlement: Any outstanding balance must be cleared before final report delivery
5. Non-Refundable: Once investigation begins, fees cannot be refunded or adjusted

Investigator Classification System

We deploy investigators based on case sensitivity, complexity, and client requirements. Our three-tier system ensures optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.

Elite Investigators (Category Alpha)

Our most experienced professionals with distinguished backgrounds from premier intelligence agencies, military intelligence, and federal investigation departments. These specialists handle high-stakes cases involving corporate espionage, complex fraud, and sensitive matrimonial disputes requiring exceptional discretion and advanced investigative techniques.

Seasoned Investigators (Category Beta)

Highly competent investigators with extensive field experience and proven track records. Many have progressed from Category Alpha or possess substantial agency experience. Ideal for standard matrimonial verification, employment background checks, and routine surveillance operations where reliability and professionalism are paramount.

Field Trainees (Category Gamma)

Emerging investigators working under direct supervision of Category Beta professionals. Deployed for straightforward assignments like basic background verification, simple surveillance tasks, and supportive roles in larger investigations. This collaborative approach ensures quality while maintaining competitive pricing.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during initial consultation
• Ensure all surveillance activities comply with local laws and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality about ongoing investigations
• Arrange necessary permissions for private property access when required
• Understand that evidence collection follows legal admissibility standards
• Accept that some investigations may yield inconclusive results despite best efforts

Service Limitations

While we strive for comprehensive results, certain factors beyond our control may affect investigation outcomes:

• Subject's unpredictable behavior patterns or travel schedules
• Weather conditions affecting outdoor surveillance quality
• Legal restrictions on certain investigation methods
• Technical limitations in extremely crowded or restricted areas
• Time-sensitive cases requiring immediate action

Privacy & Confidentiality Assurance

We maintain strict confidentiality protocols throughout every investigation:

• All client information remains encrypted and password-protected
• Case details are shared only with assigned investigation team members
• Final reports are delivered through secure channels only
• We never disclose client identity without explicit written permission
• All evidence is handled according to legal chain-of-custody procedures

Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance

All services are provided under Indian laws and regulations. We operate exclusively within legal boundaries, ensuring all collected evidence maintains courtroom admissibility. Our operations cover Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, and entire NCR region with appropriate licensing.
